1. ZTECH provides a one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance for the entire product purchased by Party A.
2. During the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions (excluding human factors and force majeure factors), Party B shall be responsible for free repair, and the required replacement parts shall be provided by Party B free of charge, except for accidents caused by user violations.
After the warranty period, reasonable fees will only be charged based on the actual repair situation during maintenance.
